BIOMEDCAN products sold on this website are shipped within South Africa only. Please contact our office at info@biomedcan.co.za or call +27 21 418 1561 if you are residing in a neighbouring country and would like to arrange special delivery.
The flat rate for shipping within South Africa is R85. Orders above R1,000 will be delivered free of charge within South Africa.
Returns
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of the date on the invoice. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products will not be credited if you ordered the wrong product or incorrect quantities.
Products will only be credited or exchanged in the following cases:
- BIOMEDCAN accidentally typed in the incorrect quantity or product.
- The product has arrived with its seal broken.
- The incorrect product was sent.
- The product was damaged by the courier.
- The product was short packed by BIOMEDCAN.
What do I do to return or exchange a product, get a refund or store credit?

Procedure for damaged or leaking product
- Immediately take a photo of the damaged parcel and/or product.
- Send the photograph by email to info@biomedcan.co.za with your order number and surname as reference in the email Subject line.
- Our office will contact you within 24 hours to arrange for a replacement product or a refund.
Additional information
- Store credits and refunds will be processed within 24 hours of contacting our office.
- Product exchanges will be couriered within 5 working days of receiving the returned product from you.
- Returned items must be returned in the original packaging and a copy of the original invoice must be included in the parcel.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- You are responsible for any losses while the product is in transit from your location to our office.
